Summary

This self-initiated project focuses on an incredible business called Heights Wellness Retreat. A premium luxury wellness business with 100+ locations. The outcome was to execute a landing page overhaul with light refresh on branding, bringing their updated visual identity, messaging, and web presence in line with the premium, wellness retreat platform they're building.

Heights Wellness Retreat underwent a recent rebrand and it's digital experience hasn't caught up to its premium, tech-led focus. Instead of a seamless booking journey, the current landing page acts as a rigid location directory.

Mismatched imagery, redundant localized landing pages with typos and a lack of clear information force high-intent users to call or walk in to get basic answers. Stalling conversions at one of their most important selling touchpoint, their website.

The work started with an audit of the sign-up flow and drop-off points, then a redesign aimed at membership acquisition. Navigation was rebuilt to surface Legacy Paths earlier.

The page was cut down so net-new visitors could scan the full story, while returning members could find login and account access near the top. Mood, color, and type were refined to match a modern wellness retreat.

Stock-heavy assets were replaced with photography of this location’s real interiors and exteriors. The result is a local-first page that lowers cognitive load, serves both audiences, and turns the site into a real marketing tool for the franchise: clearer, more trustworthy, and aligned with the brand’s premium shift.
