Discovery & proposal
After you submit an inquiry or reach out on LinkedIn.
We'll get on a discovery call to talk goals, scope, and fit. If it's a match, you'll get a clear proposal of design services.

Kickoff
You approve the proposal, sign the agreement, and pay the deposit. We lock a start date and kick off.

Prep
Before we start, you'll get a prep guide and questionnaire so you can gather content, logins, and examples. Less back-and-forth once we're in the work.

Design & build
We dig into your product path, site, or both, depending on scope. Structured check-ins and revision rounds as defined in your agreement.

Launch & handoff
We handle launch setup (domain, publish, analytics basics) and hand off what you need to run the site or product surface going forward.
